Kotie van Tonder of Darling Gourmet Mushrooms will be teaching us how to grow our own mushrooms. Kotie has been growing mushroom on her farm for more than 10 years. She will be explaining and demonstrating how to grow oyster and shiitake mushroom spores in your own home.
In this hands on workshop, each one will get their own oyster mushroom grow bag and a log for you to inoculate with shiitake spores. We shall also enjoy a delicious little mushroom tasting.
