Tulbaghia
FISK has introduced a range of Tulbaghia that vary in colour and growth aspect. This South African native is edible – all parts of the flower leaf and stem can be consumed. Known as wild garlic or society garlic, flowers and leaves have a distinctive taste and are used in leading South African restaurants for its flavour as well as an alternative garnish.
